Behling attends HelpDesk symposium

Brian Behling, HelpDesk manager, attended the MinnHEHD (Minnesota Higher Education Help Desks) Symposium, held at Macalester College June 22. During the symposium he was a panel member for a session on HelpDesk Student employee training and HelpDesk staffing. His participation in this symposium contributes to Information Technology's commitment of continuous HelpDesk improvement for the University.
